Welcome to your weekend!
Thanksgiving is over. I hope you all maintain a sense of gratitude for all the good in your life.
It’s Fab Five Friday when you get to see five of my favorite things this week. Enjoy!
Announcement!: I’m happy to announce Angelo Nasios – Mr. TarotTube himself – has his new book Tarot – Unlocking the Arcana available for pre-order on Amazon! Angelo knows Tarot better than many you’ll ever encounter. You can see his amazing YouTube channel for lessons and reviews when you want to expand your knowledge. I’m looking forward to this book. Angelo was voted Tarosophist of the Year for 2011. Go put this on your wishlist or get it for yourself!
Heathen News: Galina Krosskova wrote an incredible essay on Heathen Theology. That’s something missing from much of Modern Heathenry. It would be more exact to say “theologies” and perfectly fine. She’s making the case that many Heathens are more akin to atheists than Pagans. I tend to agree. In good fashion, no criticism is offered without proposed solutions. Read this very thoughtful essay, Toward a Heathen Theology.
History: Dr. Karl Seigfried is on top of his game yet again. The climate of politics in our current state feels more like a boiling religious war than true and worthy debate on ideas that matter. He’s started a new series on one of truly complicated leaders in history determined to wage war over religion. Ladies and gentlemen, meet Charlemagne: the King who massacred Saxons for being Pagan.
Cosmic Trigger: Cat Vincent kindly shares his incredible presentation, Cosmic Trigger 2. Read along as Cat takes you on a Fool’s Journey through mystery, synchronicity, and weaves a narrative that will leave you changed. This is a must read for anyone interested in the weird and wyrd.
Meditation: Do you remember the West Memphis 3? This was a case in the ignorance of the Satanic Panic that resulted in innocent people going to prison for a murder they didn’t commit. Damien Echols was one of those 3 boys. He spent 19 years wrongfully imprisoned on Death Row. He decided to share his incredible story of imprisonment, and how he used meditation as a tool to survive.

That’s a wrap.
Fab Five Friday, out! Throwing down the mic and walking off stage.
May you enjoy a weekend full of discovery and wonder with many reasons to love and laugh!
